Idea Board

What would you like to hear about at edcamp philly? What would you like to talk about? This is edcamp, so feel free to stray from “traditional” presentation models – what would really help all participants get the most out of each session? Share your ideas in the comments below.   1. Take Two: I’d like to discuss methods for disseminating information internally so that we can be more effective at teaching our colleagues and admin to know what resources are available, accessible, usable, effective, flexible, creative, quantifiable, etc. etc. etc.

    I would like to discuss Standards-Based Grading with people who use it in HS and people who would like to use it.

    What about the teachers who still live in the dark ages and don’t have iPads, SmartBoards, etc? I’d like to hear about ESL kids who have limited or no formal schooling. In the 7th grade on a 1st grade reading level.

    I would love to do a session on Edmodo and its amazing use in the classroom.

    I also see some people want to talk QR Codes in the classroom, and I am all over that as well!
