Are there organizations and initiatives to help encourage preteen and tweens to be leaders and rise about the gossip,etc. and instill them that self confidence can lead to treating others with kindness? You can take the subway to 34th & Market, but it's probably simpler to just cab it from the station. Ask the driver to drop you at 36th & Walnut.
